Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

Product Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original product and place a new order.

How to Return

Returns are processed by mail only.

To initiate a return, download and print the return label from our website.

A flat fee of AUD 25 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

The AUD 25 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.
