1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, UnionPay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
2. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, please contact us at info@sjeena.com within 24 hours of placing your order to update your shipping address. After 24 hours, we may not be able to make changes.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
4. How long does order processing and delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Shipping typically takes 5 to 8 business days after processing. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.
6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns on both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new and unused. Please download and print a return label from our website and note there is a AUD 25 fee deducted from your refund for return shipping. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your return.
7. Do you offer exchanges?
No, we do not offer exchanges. If you want a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
8. Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order if you contact us within 24 hours of placing it at info@sjeena.com. After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted and you may use our return policy if you wish to return the product.
